Hi all

I’ll be out tomorrow for ca 15mph. Thinking of S2 or S14 so we have the wind behind us on the way back and can make it back in time for anyone who wants to attend the 11am remembrance service.

I’ll be out Saturday, but will be opting for an intermediate distance ride if anyone is interested:

Very gentle NE breeze tomorrow. Weather looks good for a ride. Anyone have a preference? Long and flat (S5) or short and lumpy (S1)?

Don’t forget it’s the bacon roll ride tomorrow. Got to earn it one way or another… 😉

I’m up for it. Not ridden for 3 weeks, so will take up rear guard… 😉

Who’s up for a ride Sunday morning? Jo’s suggested S15, which will give us a tail wind home and a ride down Therfield Hill.

I won’t dwell on all the uphill to get there…😉

Hi all,

If you are interested in purchasing any RCC kit, our recommended route is to order direct via our supplier: https://customsportskit.co.uk/cycling-clubs/royston-cc/

From their website, they have a cut-off for orders of the 1st of each calendar month.  Deliveries takes around 4-6 weeks after that.

Custom Sports Kit do also include some helpful details on kit sizing.  The most popular are the short-sleeved relaxed fit jerseys.  However, they do also offer something they call sports fit as well.

We do also stock a very small number of short-sleeve jerseys in a range of sizes.  This can be most helpful if you are still unsure of which size to purchase.

Best,

Adrian
(RCC Club Kit Secretary)

Apologies, but I am unable to run the ride this Saturday. I will reschedule this ride to another date.

Well, hopefully it won't be as bad as the "Tom's Cake" ride earlier this year. So, with that in mind, I plan to ride tomorrow at approx 15mph +/- 0.5mph.

Routes-wise, thinking of S16.  Just a bit over 30 miles and relatively flat.

Anyone about tomorrow, or am I the only one going out?  https://cdn.boardhost.com/emoticons2/winking.png

Looking to have another Saturday MTB ride.  This time on Saturday 10th July.  Start time 08:30am.

Route TBD, but aiming for around the 20-25 mile mark.

Post ideas for a route if you have a favourite!

Just checked my ride time for the 27 mile route and it was just short of 3 hrs.

Happy to go with 19 or 27 mile routes. If no one has strong desire for one, we can always decide on morning.
